I'm on. Performance is sluggish and I wish I hadn't hung up on them quite so quickly when I realized I was online, but I got it working. Turns out I didn't have to set my modem to be G.Lite compatible at all. DMT mode works fine. But the trick is that I had to change the vci number on wan0-0 to 35 instead of 32. And that did it. Hopefully Google will index me and someone looking for info on Verizon, ATM DSL, G.Lite, DMT, and Cisco 678 router/modems will find this entry and be helped. If that's you, leave a comment.
