Just what did DeLay know about the Dems' Texas plane?=TheHill.com=Evidence mounting that Tom DeLay (house majority leader) diverted federal resources in an attempt to force a result in the Texas state legislature. He was trying to get Texas redistricted to force more democrats out of the national house of reps. Redistricting is a state matter.
